• Prices are valid for up to 14 days from your order date and include VAT for UAE deliveries.

• Product and delivery prices may vary between our website, stores, and phone orders.

• Prices can change without notice.

Orders / Payments

• All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments must be completed before production begins. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Customization Requests

• For customized orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate details.

• Once customization work begins, changes may not be possible, and additional fees may apply for revisions.

• Customized products are tailored to your specifications. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

• Please review all details (e.g., dimensions, text, images) before finalizing your order.

Delivery

• We deliver across the UAE, with products typically arriving within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or courier delays.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Information

• Some delivery services are subject to availability.

• Some delivery services may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods.

• Some delivery cut-off times may vary without notice during busy periods.

• At certain times of the year, delivery prices may vary.

• If you request delivery to some areas that are not normally delivered to by CustomCanvas.ae you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

VAT and Tax Compliance

• All prices displayed on CustomCanvas.ae include VAT as per UAE regulations. If you require a VAT-compliant invoice or have questions about tax, please contact us at uaecustomcanvas@gmail.com.

Refunds in Compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law

• If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Note that refunds are not applicable for certain items, including: Customized or personalized items.

• Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Standard (non-customized) products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless due to an error on our part.

Customization and Intellectual Property Rights

• All custom designs, logos, and creative content used on CustomCanvas.ae are the intellectual property of CustomCanvas. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us.

• All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Custom Canvas and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior permission

Customer Care – Complaints Policy and Refunds Policy

• If you’re not satisfied with our products or service, contact us within 1 working day of delivery at uaecustomcanvas@gmail.com

• Customer Care operates from 9 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week.

• We’ll resolve complaints by replacing the product or offering a compensation voucher.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method. While we process refunds immediately, it may take a few days to reflect in your account. Contact your card provider for delays.

Governing Jurisdiction Clause

• These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

Prohibited Products or Items

CustomCanvas.ae complies with UAE laws regarding prohibited goods. We do not sell or promote restricted items such as alcohol, pork products, or materials deemed offensive or illegal under UAE regulations.
